Polyimide heater (polyimide film heater) is available in a variety of shapes, sizes, and wattages, it is a clear amber colored polyimide film. The process for making flexible heating film is similar to that of Etched Foil Silicone heaters. It is a high-temperature flexible heating element with excellent dielectric properties capable of operating environments between -185 degree celsius to 180 degree Celsius.
Customize 12V,24V,36V 3D printer flexible heating film. This is very thin, the thickness is about 0.2mm, it is very light, so it is widely used on 3D printer.
Pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA) backing surface is standard, but special adhesives or mounting holes can be customized as customer requirement.
The thick film heater is a new heating element.
The heater uses screen printing technology to print insulating media, heating resistors, conductors, glass protective glaze and other materials on substrates (such as stainless steel, alumina ceramics, aluminum nitride ceramics, glass-ceramics, etc.), by high-temperature sintering.
It is suitable for high-temperature heating environment, and can be applied to areas with limited space or areas where traditional heaters cannot be used due to technical limitations.
