What is thick film heating technology? What are the thick film heaters? This new type of instant heating technology, which is popular in Europe and the United States, adopts screen printing technology. After seven times of high temperature sintering, the insulation resistance is perfectly attached to the outer wall of the stainless steel tube, and it has a long durability. Thick film heaters are divided into two main categories by shape, stainless steel thick film heating plates and stainless steel thick film heating tubes.

Thick Film Heater
The thick film heater is a new heating element.
The heater uses screen printing technology to print insulating media, heating resistors, conductors, glass protective glaze and other materials on substrates (such as stainless steel, alumina ceramics, aluminum nitride ceramics, glass-ceramics, etc.), by high-temperature sintering.
It is suitable for high-temperature heating environment, and can be applied to areas with limited space or areas where traditional heaters cannot be used due to technical limitations.
